Soar Point Leicester

I brought my partner and a new friend to this fantastic bar, situated at the end of Leicester's glorious Castle Park. I am very new to the area, and we'd already earmarked Soar Point as a place to visit.

Entering through the doors, the place is MASSIVE. It goes underground and is pleasantly cool, especially on a hot day like yesterday. Walking down the steps, the decorations made it very clear we'd made the right decision.

I sat my friends down at a fantastic comic themed table - complete with plugs for a potential laptop or phone charger, and hopped up to the bar for some drinks (and a fantastic cocktail - Tikka 😩🙊to die for).

I was served by Sara (Sarah?) Who was a fantastic host, recommending me cocktails, letting me pet her gorgeous dog Odie, and just generally brightening the whole establishment with her fantastic outfit, smiles and general vibe.

To quote little orphan Annie "I think I'm gonna like it here!". I intend to spend a lot more time in this wonderful establishment, and would highly recommend anyone check it out. Soar point, flying high 💓💞💖 💸
