Good food but they just ripped us off. We've ordered soups (2 adult portions) among other things as there was 5 of us and when they've brought us the soup the portions were ridicolously small. My children would eat that and won't even feel full. Then, in any Turkish restaurant while you wait for your food a small appetizer is brought to you. Usually is bread, olives and 2 types of dips. Up until here is was all good but.... the soups we've ordered came also with bread so I have asked the staff where the bread for the soups were and I was told that what we thought was the appetizer was actually the break for the soups which didn't make any sense as it was brought just after ordering and while we were waiting for the food. Looking at any other table in the restaurant, everybody had the appetizer we have had so we knew they were pulling our leg. So I had to order extra bread, pay for it and leave this place knowing that wasn't right. Poor service and I would not go back. Efes Mangal is all your fault, if you don't look after all your customers you are going to lose many more. For instance I will continue going to places such as AROMA SHAWARMA in Humberstone Rd as they treat us...

Food was Lovely had a seafood platter a bit more sauce or peppers would of been even better and beers lovely the garlic dip was lovely and the chilli one tasted almost chemical I've had this a thousand times but not like this they may want to relook at this however the bread was great the gentleman and the blond lady were pleasant and helpful however the dark haired lady with the pony looked just miserable and if you attempted to give her a smile unlike the others it was like she gave you a dirty look which made us feel uncomfortable we thought we may have git it wrong but no she looked like she was chewing a wasp or didnt want to be there whoch is a shame however this wasn't the same with the rest of the staff maybe they could teach her a thing or two..it was the only thing that lost you a star and you wouldn't of if not for the miserable waitress who made the experience not as pleasant as it...
