I was here in June 2019, and the service was attentive, patient and kind. I really HATE the heavy sell, even though I still live in central London!😁 But I love the very beautiful pieces I purchased and I still do, I've no regrets & the prices are very competitive for the wonderful quality, attention to detail & obvious style. I've every intention of shopping here again, I miss Nequay & suspect when the lockdown in 2020 begins to lift & I book another stay. I won't or an't resist making a bee line for your wonderful shop presentation windows for inviting me in just as it did before. I've NO regrets....
