Domino's Pizza - St Andrews — Local services in Great Britain

I ( tried ) and did! ... order online with Domino's Delivery ( Just eat. ) . I was charged three times without any order being confirmed. When I called the branch I talked with girl with no help so I asked to talk to, This branch manager..... ( Niclol Michel ) !! I was told No matter if I had been charged three times it would not be resolved by her. She stated that because it was not there own delivery.

But the usual one anyone would go through. ( JUST EAT ) ......!!!! It was NOT her or ( DOMINO'S ) problem she told me. No matter how disappointing and unprofessional this was. I would still have to go without food.

Domino's would not be a good choice!! For anything but to create lots of problems for you. SEVENTY POUNDS OVERDRAWING in my back account. That I will be charged for. :( If I had to give any advise to readers STAY WELL CLEAR !.

Dried out, waaaay over cooked, HAIRY pizza!!

Ordered 3 pizzas online for delivery, arrived around 25 mins later & we opened the boxes to pizzas which were like cardboard & definite not ‘piping hot’ as they like to advertise! We were hungry & so started eating the pizzas & one of them (as it was dipped into the garlic sauce) showed us that it had a long hair embedded in it 🤮 My initial thought was that it was one of my hairs, but when I couldn’t pull it off the pizza because it was cooked into the cheese, I nearly threw up. On closer inspection there was another hair on the same pizza. Long story short, we called the store, a very unintelligent human answered, told us she would be back in touch re a refund when she got back in touch & proceeds to tell us that she couldn’t provide the store managers name as it was against GDPR regulations 😂 DELIVERY DATE;...

St Andrews branch Bloody joke of a place. Ordered for 6.30pm, arrived to be asked come back in 5 minutes, arrived back after several minutes to a very embarrassed young lad asking me to come back in another 5 min as there had been an error with orders. Wanted my money back to go else where but they have a huge hand written sign saying no refunds given contact head office. We were finally given our order just before 7 and after a five minute drive home it was barely look warm. Never had any issues with the Leven branch, who seem to actually know what they're doing. No point complaining to head office as I have previously complained due to racist talk in a previous branch...
