What a place!! I can only think that the queue was because the place up the road was closed!! Don't order by phone. They don't do anything until you arrive to pay. When I ordered they said, "40 minutes." I questioned and confirmed that when I arrived in 40 minutes it would be ready. They said,"Yes." I arrived after 20 minutes and paid. I waited another HOUR AND TEN MINUTES while others who had arrived after me were served. They said that was because their orders were shorter and simpler. I just wanted a meal for two!!! NEVER AGAIN. The others in the queue were starting to crack off as well. If you want fun, go there to watch it but not if you want a takeaway meal in a reasonable time. We're new to Hereford area and my partner is quite fussy when it comes to a decent Chinese as he has a specific dish that he loves. After going to two other take aways that didn't do what he liked I tried here and they had it, and he said it was as good if not better than the place he first found his meal. The girls at the desk were lovely and really helpful as well as another customer already in there who also helped me find what I was trying to describe to the girls. Usually come here and the food is good. Tonight we get told it's a 45/50 minute wait for our order, which is fine we just waited to drive in to get it. We get there and they take the money to then be told they haven't got any sweet and sour chicken, a main part of our order. Firstly surely they should know ahead of time that they're out, but also it meant they haven't cooked our meal ready for us to collect, despite telling us it'll be ready in 45 mins.
