Paella inc — Local services in Great Britain

Very poor service. Jonathan does not keep his promise. We arranged them for our party; the paella and tapas were very poor quality. The staff were extremely rude , they left us 20 minutes after serving paella and they left saying that they don't care. Although they promised to serve warm paella for two hours. They left after 20 minutes. They were not even smiling and were very rude to our guests. Our guests had to have cold paella. Stay away from these unprofessional people!

The response below is totally misguiding and full of lies. Very poor service. Never agreed that they would leave within 20 minutes of cooking paella!!! Charged full amount of money for the worse paella and tapas. The women arrived with him were very unprofessional and left in 20 minutes of cooking paella saying THEY DON’T CARE! although I told them that we agreed with Jonathan that they would stay for two hours.

Never ever use them for your parties!!! Honestly the worse quality paella and the tapas...

Jonathan and Paella Inc are absolutely amazing. We booked them to provide all the catering for our DIY wedding of 150 people and right from the initial enquiry Jonathan was on hand with advice and recommendations. We had 2 amazing tasting sessions at our home in London and site visits to the farm in Buckingham. Jonathan helped to project managed the whole wedding, arranging sub contractors for us and checking over all the details. Jonathan was really flexible with all of our requests and patient with last minute changes. On the day the tapas, charcuterie boards and paellas were outstanding - the presentation as well as taste - and all the guests were raving about them. We wanted something unique and special for our wedding and we achieved just that. We booked Paella Inc to cater for our wedding in August following a brilliant tasting session at our home that went above and beyond what we expected, including tips on what wines to choose! We had a selection of embutidos on the tables as starters, followed by a selection of 3 paellas for our 120 guests. Jonathan was excellent, giving us a really personable service as well as cooking up a delicious paella.
