Exceptional service from Wok's when we made an order a few days ago. My fella and I had ordered food online, but due to a delay on the website not receiving orders on their end, we were able to screenshot the order over on WhatsApp. Wok's maintained a calm and professional manner under a demanding situation whilst still managing to deliver quality food - those "Salt n Pepper Chips" were so delicious 🤤😋 and my top favourite. They gave us extra spring rolls which was so lovely. I look forward to trying other meals on their menu. 🍜

Order food at 8:05, called the restaurant at 21:00 was told that is was with a drive but they couldn't give me a time when it will be delivered!!! but I was assured it is on its way and would be with me soon! I then tried calling on the same mobile number that I had previously called (3 times) and no answer!!!! I then tried on a different number and they answered straight away!! they then told me that it was still in the kitchen!!!! which I replied with why was i told they was extremely sorry!!! I understand the situation that we are in during covid, and I noramly wouldnt ever pressure a take away but to be told that it was ' ON THE WAY to then still be 'IN THE KITCHEN i am extremely disappointed it is now 21:36 and my food still hasn't arrived i shall expect a full refund!!!

I have been a loyal customer for many years and supported local businesses. Tonight I was told due to negative reviews I cannot order there anymore and barred from ordering which I find offensive. This does not reflect well on Just Eat or the Chinese community who never take that approach. Reviews help to improve standards of food and if you are paying for a service you want it right. The rice has been lumpy and ribs dry and has spoilt my experience but despite this I have continued to order. I always tip the drivers despite charge on delivery. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere. Avoid this chippy as not nice to feel this way when trying to give honest appraisal better chippies to support who...
