Scotch Beef Shop — Local services in Liverpool

Three people in the shop so we waited outside. Two people who were together were served and left the shop. My son and I took their place. Been in the shop about a minute when a very rude lady staff member told us loudly that only two people were allowed in shop, despite, before us, there were three people, one on their own and two together. TOTALLY agree with covid rules. Have followed them religiously throughout the last 14 months however you cannot have one set of rules for one group of three people and a different set of rules for another group of three people. You also need to be mindful of how you speak to people. You were rude. You were loud and you were unessesary. Not everyone will be as polite as my son and I to your rudeness. Needless to say we will not...

Today I spent in total 1hour 45 mins to collect my Christmas order , after queuing for an hour a message came down the line that orders could be collected orders at the side door, very sensible idea...however upon reaching the side door we where told it was not the case, so having lost my place in the queue I returned an hour later spent a further 45 minutes ... and took less than 4 minutes to collect and pay.

Maybe next year have a pick up area for orders...

Paid a fortune for a beef rib joint...over one hundred quid so I expected it to be fantastic. Alas it was extremely fatty and not at all succulent. I was really disappointed. At first I thought that it was just luck of the draw but then I realised that if you are selling high end produce your quality control should be spot on.
