Liberty Tavern — Restaurant in Liverpool

Lovely decor good spot in location I'm giving it a 6/10 the layout of the bar is good I don't know about the toilets! Staff ok apart from 1 there's a young slim lad with tiger like tattoo on he's left arm he was something else my misses said he's friendly warm charasmatic and you could se he didn't look down on people price wise I'd say ok cleanliness a little bit more support the music far too loud and that's a problem the music itself was great but the volume to loud the outside porch I think needs looking at!! Had my beautiful wife Julie’s birthday celebration there, staff were really attentive and welcoming, especially Eliza who looked after us so very well from the minute we entered the dining room, till the minute we left, she even took a photograph of both of us, which she gave to us on the night, also a free drink for the birthday girl, how special does that make you feel, lovely touch. I have eaten here twice now and the same as the first time the staff were lovely.The first time we ate at the Liberty it was when it first opened and it was very busy so I put the poor quality of the food, down to this, why, I don't really know. The second time I ate at the restaurant it was not busy at all, but the meal was still very poor. This is disappointing because the waiting staff are very good and do make you feel very welcome.
