The single worst lender I have ever dealt with. Get complaints from clients about their service, or rather lack of it. Get panicked and stressed clients asking why a simple remortgage takes an eye-watering 18 months to process, to then only be rejected or declined. Get clients complaining about the lack of service, care, or professionalism.
Get brokers complaining about the lack of communication, the abysmal turnaround times, and the lack of anyone picking up the phone to queries and enquiries. Get brokers complaining further that they systems are outdated, that what they are told will happen does not happen, and that it seems as if they genuinely don't care what happens to clients.
Best viewed as an example of what a lender should not, never, not remotely, not for a second, ever, EVER, be like....
