UPDATE: We were invited back after an apology so we decided to give it a try. They definitely learned how to work better with the F1 and the audio, we were put in the mezzanine and the experience changed drastically. The manager, whom I emailed after my first visit, kept checking on us and asking for feedback. It is clear that they worked on it and it made our comeback visit so enjoyable. I will return, I am extremely happy they listened and put an effort into change!

I had a horrible experience here, I definitely do not recommend and I can explain why. Went there on a Sunday for the Belgian Gran Prix (F1). We booked a table. When we got there we ordered a couple of sharers and two pints, a Brixton Reliance and a Brixton Lager. We got brought over two reliance as they were out of lager but didn’t think of checking with us if it was okay. It wasn’t. We also asked multiple times to raise the volume of the tv as we couldn’t hear a thing but they never changed it. Towards the end of the race, lap 42 of 44, the member of staff behind the bar changed every single tv to football because in his opinion “Max already won”. It was unacceptable. When he put the F1 back on we lost quite a few things and we finished the race with no audio, as it was left on football. Bear in mind, we couldn’t hear a thing for the entirety of the race but the football audio was so loud that we had to yell. After complaining to the manager, we never even got a reply to the email. If you're looking for top-tier service with a personal touch, ask for her—she's the heartbeat of this place. She knew the menu inside-out—offering sharp, honest recommendations that weren’t just about upselling but clearly based on what she thought we’d enjoy. (P.S. Her suggestion of the smoked Old Fashioned and the beef brisket tacos ? Life-changing.)

What really stood out was her effortless multitasking and genuine connection. She managed a full section without breaking a sweat, all while checking in with us at the perfect times—not too frequent, never too absent. She remembered small details. It's rare to find service that’s so attentive without being intrusive, but Shivali nails it.

As for the place...it is a gem—dim lighting, rustic-modern interiors, curated playlists that never overpower the conversation, and a cocktail list that’s clearly the work of passionate bartenders.
