Big Chef Chinese Takeaway — Local services in London

Not too sure why I'm reading so many bad reviews about this place.. Anytime I call up to place an order or pop in- the staff are lovely. The lady always remembers us and is very polite friendly and chatty. The food is good, nothing fancy but good quality Chinese from a local takeaway. I know what bad Chinese takeaways are and this isn't one of them. Our house isn't that easy to find but when delivering they always seem to arrive with food still hot in the time they had said they'd arrive. They have new owner management I will never buy from them again after seeing and hearing the horrific way they spoke to some West Indian people using extremely racist language. Amazing best chinese takeaway in south west london, I've been ordering from Big Chef for over 7 years i love love love the food it's bloody tasty fresh, juicy succulents, however the lady on the phone has a stink attitude, never towards me but I've heard her on the phone to customers several times so embarrassing and awkward to watch, love the ribs in bbq sauce must be a new recipe 100% perfect, big chef grows from strength to strength I'm hungry just thinking about their food.
