Appalling agency, the consultant I had (limited) dealing with was totally unreliable, constantly promising to contact me and failing to do so. When she did finally get in touch, following my attempts to reach her by phone and email, she said that she had been too busy to speak with me, either due to important emails having to be sent, candidate appointments or being "out of the office". In essence I was made to feel completely unimportant. Following a telephone conversation with the Managing Director of the company I sent my complaint by email, and didn't even receive an acknowledgement. I have since spoken with the agent but again have failed to receive the follow up I was promised.

I have dealt with some agencies who are extremely efficient, understanding and communicative, namely First Recruitment, Chess Partnership, Admiral Group and Core to name but a few. It just goes to show that there are good and bad in all industries and I would recommend anyone to avoid...
