Absolutely appalling. How can a 16 year old boy be in charge? He was the one cutting my son's hair and the entire way he kept asking what he should do. I only realised a bit later that he was inexperienced. I asked him what he was doing and he responded by swearing and being rude. My son was uncomfortable the entire way and later told me that he was hurt too. The boy called his mum who refused to understand the situation and kept backing up her son. What a great find! While visiting London this weekend I was in need of a hair cut and normally I will not visit a random barbers due to past experiences! I can honestly say Emran gave me one of the nicest cuts and his attention to detail is second to none. If you are in the area and make sure you go and visit his shop.
