YOU WILL FIND HAIR IN EVERY BITE OF KEBAB, RASH BEHEAVIOUR FROM STAFF!
The 🌟 Faisal should get a payrise for this unprofessional, disrespectful, for not having a manners.👏

Food was alright as we were hungry started eating kebab i found HAIR!! When i try to call manager star Fasal he came after 2mintz when i complained him he saw the hair never apologised nor regretted expecting that he was questioning me back where did this hair came from??? I was soo surprised when i got questioned back where this hair came from??????….

When i waited there from another 5mintz i have said his staff to call him he replied to him (sabar karna re arrum bola na)

I feel so sorry for the owner😔 who hired him, a proper street lad with no experience, no knowledge, non professional, no manners, no discipline. (Owner making they dream to start a restaurant and this lads a useless unprofessional bringing they brand name down)….!!

Read moreAwful awful service Pakistani staff member with glasses !! We had pre booked for a work meal for a party of 12 and were seated at a table for 8, when the last couple of the party arrived we had to squeeze in and were given a chair at the end of the table next to the stairs, no plate or cutlery at all for the last arrivals. We asked the staff member if he could seat us elsewhere and he assured that a nearby party had finished their meal and leaving soon so he will move us there. We waited for about half an hour for the other table to leave only for the waiting staff to seat another group of people there! We were shocked and were trying to ask them but were met with raised and angry voices and gesticulation in front of other customers! We quietly went back to the table where they originally seated as there was no point talking to the staff and the other group weren’t moving from the table. After sitting down, I alerted the Pakistani young staff with glasses that his tone of voice and behaviour was not very professional and he should try and improve his customer service but this angered him more and he started arguing again to which I said you need to learn how to take feedback from a paying customer and I don’t want to argue with him but just give him feedback on how his service is. Not at any point was there an apology from any of them. At this point we were 1hr into the wait and still 4 of my colleagues had no plates, cutlery or drinks they had ordered. The food came and I can say that it was the only saving grace of the place. Everything was super flavourful and delicious. But they did forget to bring 2 dishes which we had to ask for repeatedly and only came towards the end of the meal and we were nearly full. The strawberry mojitos took forever to come to the table but it was the best drink I’ve had in a long time. I really commend the chefs as the food was exceptional. Also the waiting staff said they would accommodate my colleagues request for pulao without peas but they came with peas and he acted like she never ordered it. Also another colleague ordered Bihari boti but he again said we never ordered it(basically called her a liar) The place really needs to up its cleanliness standards as the bathrooms were absolutely manky and smelly. Also they need to separate men’s and women’s toilets as my colleague walked into men in the toilet and was super uncomfortable. This place has great potential if they train the waiting staff on British level of...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Dilpasand Restaurant, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that genuinely captured the essence of authentic Pakistani cuisine. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly owner, whose genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire evening. The staff was equally professional and courteous, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was handled with care and precision.
The restaurant's interior is nice and cozy, offering a comfortable ambiance for intimate meals and larger gatherings. Much thought had gone into creating a space that felt inviting and reflective of Pakistani culture.
Now, let’s talk about the food. The meal began with the Charsi Lamb Karahi and Afghan Chicken Karahi, both of which were outstanding. The lamb was incredibly tender and cooked perfectly in a rich, aromatic sauce, while the chicken was flavorful with a perfect balance of spices. The Behari Kebab was a revelation—succulent and bursting with traditional flavours that left me wanting more.
Next, we tried the Khunna Lamb Paya and Nihari, two classic dishes that were executed beautifully. The paya was rich, with a deep, comforting flavour, and the nihari had the perfect spice and texture, making it one of the best I’ve had in a while. For those looking for a lighter option, the Tadka Daal was deliciously spiced and perfectly complemented the heartier dishes.
We also sampled the lamb and chicken biryani, both of which were fragrant and flavorful. They were cooked with the right amount of moisture, allowing the spices to permeate each grain of rice.
To accompany our meal, we ordered a variety of breads, including Romali roti, tawa roti, and butter naan. Each was fresh and warm, serving as the perfect vessel for the rich gravies. The lassi we ordered on the side was a refreshing accompaniment to the spicy dishes, providing an excellent balance.
We were treated to Kheer for dessert, which was kindly provided on the house. The kheer was creamy and delicately flavoured with cardamom, the perfect way to end the meal.
Dilpasand Restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience for anyone seeking authentic Pakistani food in a welcoming atmosphere. With such a wide variety of dishes to choose from, expertly prepared and served by a gracious team, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving the authentic flavours of Pakistan. I am from Canada, and definitely I'll be...
