YOU WILL FIND HAIR IN EVERY BITE OF KEBAB, RASH BEHEAVIOUR FROM STAFF!

The 🌟 Faisal should get a payrise for this unprofessional, disrespectful, for not having a manners.👏

We were group of Four came all the way from Manchester, as i was entered i have seen only four tables including me i was seated infront of main door where breeze of wind was hitting my back made inform to one of the staff but they never bothered,

Now with the entry🥳 Star faisal came to us 🌟 (you will be surprised🤔why iam mentioning him as star??) who took my order in rush, before i ordered they served me with papodoms and volvic water which i have never ordered,

Food was alright as we were hungry started eating kebab i found HAIR!! When i try to call manager star Fasal he came after 2mintz when i complained him he saw the hair never apologised nor regretted expecting that he was questioning me back where did this hair came from??? I was soo surprised when i got questioned back where this hair came from??????….

I told him from kebab he never agreed he replied me okay i will get another plate, he took this situation very easy and literally went over when again my sister kebab got hair i was trying to call him because I don’t want to create scene he goes with the finger (ek second)…. When i waited there from another 5mintz i have said his staff to call him he replied to him (sabar karna re arrum bola na)

You what iam talking about a customer listening all this i just wanted him to shoe the second hair I was trying to him because for the first time he never believed me he thought i brought the hair and placed there (yes i could agree if it would happen at the end of the meal it was my first bite)….

When i went to him and goes what happened bhai iam trying to call you because i found another hair in the kebab, he replied me :- arum bhai merku doosre bi customer ko serve karna hain I told him :- woh baat sahi hain magar mere kane mai hair aaya ek nahi dhoo baar kya hora idaar apku bhularu toh nahi aare aap?.. He replied:- haw bhai hum busy hain na dossre customer kya karna thaa ?? Laarum bola na doosra kebab baito jaahke? I asked his name he replied with full attitude faisal Manager hoon karlo kya karna hain? He questioned me again kya karthe ki naam puchke?? Kuch karna hain toh bolke karo??…

You know what this was like iam fighting with a road ragger on street. I was literally shocked with the way he was talking to customers like this,

Moreover he charged me full amount of meal which i have left at the table and never said sorry never apologised for what happen and also replied haan jao nikalo??? I have paid the full bill because he should not think that iam blaming him or his restaurant.

I feel so sorry for the owner😔 who hired him, a proper street lad with no experience, no knowledge, non professional, no manners, no discipline. (Owner making they dream to start a restaurant and this lads a useless unprofessional bringing they brand name down)….!!

Iam feeling so bad because all my family was disappointed 😞and ill make sure non my family or office mates or anybody i know go to this restaurant for getting...

Awful awful service Pakistani staff member with glasses !! We had pre booked for a work meal for a party of 12 and were seated at a table for 8, when the last couple of the party arrived we had to squeeze in and were given a chair at the end of the table next to the stairs, no plate or cutlery at all for the last arrivals. We asked the staff member if he could seat us elsewhere and he assured that a nearby party had finished their meal and leaving soon so he will move us there. We waited for about half an hour for the other table to leave only for the waiting staff to seat another group of people there! We were shocked and were trying to ask them but were met with raised and angry voices and gesticulation in front of other customers! We quietly went back to the table where they originally seated as there was no point talking to the staff and the other group weren’t moving from the table. After sitting down, I alerted the Pakistani young staff with glasses that his tone of voice and behaviour was not very professional and he should try and improve his customer service but this angered him more and he started arguing again to which I said you need to learn how to take feedback from a paying customer and I don’t want to argue with him but just give him feedback on how his service is. Not at any point was there an apology from any of them. At this point we were 1hr into the wait and still 4 of my colleagues had no plates, cutlery or drinks they had ordered. The food came and I can say that it was the only saving grace of the place. Everything was super flavourful and delicious. But they did forget to bring 2 dishes which we had to ask for repeatedly and only came towards the end of the meal and we were nearly full. The strawberry mojitos took forever to come to the table but it was the best drink I’ve had in a long time. I really commend the chefs as the food was exceptional. Also the waiting staff said they would accommodate my colleagues request for pulao without peas but they came with peas and he acted like she never ordered it. Also another colleague ordered Bihari boti but he again said we never ordered it(basically called her a liar) The place really needs to up its cleanliness standards as the bathrooms were absolutely manky and smelly. Also they need to separate men’s and women’s toilets as my colleague walked into men in the toilet and was super uncomfortable. This place has great potential if they train the waiting staff on British level of...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dilpasand Restaurant, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that genuinely captured the essence of authentic Pakistani cuisine. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly owner, whose genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire evening. The staff was equally professional and courteous, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was handled with care and precision.

The restaurant's interior is nice and cozy, offering a comfortable ambiance for intimate meals and larger gatherings. Much thought had gone into creating a space that felt inviting and reflective of Pakistani culture.

Now, let’s talk about the food. The meal began with the Charsi Lamb Karahi and Afghan Chicken Karahi, both of which were outstanding. The lamb was incredibly tender and cooked perfectly in a rich, aromatic sauce, while the chicken was flavorful with a perfect balance of spices. The Behari Kebab was a revelation—succulent and bursting with traditional flavours that left me wanting more.

Next, we tried the Khunna Lamb Paya and Nihari, two classic dishes that were executed beautifully. The paya was rich, with a deep, comforting flavour, and the nihari had the perfect spice and texture, making it one of the best I’ve had in a while. For those looking for a lighter option, the Tadka Daal was deliciously spiced and perfectly complemented the heartier dishes.

We also sampled the lamb and chicken biryani, both of which were fragrant and flavorful. They were cooked with the right amount of moisture, allowing the spices to permeate each grain of rice.

To accompany our meal, we ordered a variety of breads, including Romali roti, tawa roti, and butter naan. Each was fresh and warm, serving as the perfect vessel for the rich gravies. The lassi we ordered on the side was a refreshing accompaniment to the spicy dishes, providing an excellent balance.

We were treated to Kheer for dessert, which was kindly provided on the house. The kheer was creamy and delicately flavoured with cardamom, the perfect way to end the meal.

Dilpasand Restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience for anyone seeking authentic Pakistani food in a welcoming atmosphere. With such a wide variety of dishes to choose from, expertly prepared and served by a gracious team, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving the authentic flavours of Pakistan. Good place to eat Pakistani food they've variety in their menu. Poppadoms were served with mint chutany, sweet chilli sauce, and some green sauce in which one could taste the colour dye. However, rice poppadoms tased like they should. We ordered Mix Grill for 4, which was nice and well presented as well as good portion size it was served on naan and plain pilau rice, I would recommend that you should eat it whilst it is hot/warm, Lamb chops were prepared well so are the lamb seekh kebabs, chicken tikka and kebabs were bit dry The Charsi Lamb karahi was way too salty, but it was replaced. Lamb and Chicken Tikka biryanis were full of flavours, but I found chicken pieces to be rather dry, and there was not enough masala to compensate for this. Hence, the whole dish was dry. Chicken Afghani Karahi was good, but Shahi Butter Chicken was average with no real taste, and it felt like eating a sweet curry. Weekend special Karachi Gola kebab had good flavour and texture Masala fried fish was a complete waste of money. The batter was full of oil, and fish was fried out of freezer on high flame. Hence, had lots of water and non texture or flavour. Garlic nans, plain nans, prathas, and tandoori rotis were all good and worth trying Mint Mojito and Lemonade were ok. However, strawberry Mojito was dull and lacking flavour it tasted like water with sugar and crushed fruit with a bit of strawberry flavour. Salad consisted of a sliced cucumber, sliced (strong) onions, sliced tomatoes, and some iceberg lettuce, which was brown on the edges. As it was a birthday dinner (Chocolate Cake), we didn't order any desserts. The service was great, and the staff was courteous, polite, and helpful. The toilets needed attention (see picture)
