Io e IL mio ragazzo siamo Stati quà oggi. Non vedevamo l ora perché due Settimana fà abbiamo mangiato due piadina buonissime. Questa volta peró siamo Stati serviti da una ragazza bionda Che probabilmente era troppo stanca per fare il suo lavoro. Ho chiesto una piadina con prosciutto e mozzarella e lei, dicendo Che ne aveva appena preparate, ne prende una dal banco di fronte a lei e la mette a scaldare. Il mio ragazzo le chiede di farne una con mozzarella pesto, pomodori e Rucola e lei risponde Che purtroppo non aveva mozzarella. Chiedo quindi cosa ci fosse nella mia dato che anche io avevo chiesto con mozzarella e lei risponde Che ci ha messo Un altro formaggio (anche se io avevo ordinato mozzarella e sulla lavagna dietro al bancone c é un menú Che menziona mozzarella in quasi tutti I panini e piadine) Quindi il mio ragazzo dice Che non voleva niente e la ragazza dice Che non é Che la mozzarella non ce l aveva, solo non la poteva mettere nella piadina perchE altrimenti la piada sarebbe diventata bagnata per IL latte rilasciato dalla mozzarella.

Ovviamente mentiva dato Che due Settimana fà ne abbiamo mangiate due buonissime con mozzarella, e anche se la mozzarella fa acqua, la piada é buonissimo lo stesso. Comunque l'impasto della piadina é buono, purtroppo I pomodori Che erano sulla mia piadina (non avevo nemmeno chiesto pomodori) erano conditi con molto aceto Che non mi faceva sentire il sapere di nient'altro.

Ultimo ma non meno importance, sulla lavagna c é scritto Che sarebbe costata 5 pound ma ce ne ha fatto pagare 7 e quando gliel'ho fatto notare, replica dicendo Che tutte le piadine costano 7.

Quindi il posto é buono, quando trovate la persona Che ha volgia di lavorare e servirvi...

Went to buy some guanciale. I asked for the end to be trimmed as it contained no meat but they refused and said this is how they sell it. I stated that I didnt want to pay for something I am going to throw in the bin and they were confused as to why I wouldnt want to use that part so they must not understand the product they are selling. Went around the corner to parma ham and mozzarella stand where they offered to remove all of the skin and trim the guanciale without me even asking. The guanciale looked a lot better...

Whenever I stop by Borough Market I try something new and yesterday I had the Ham and Gorgonzola panini from Gastronomica and it was DELICIOUS. The taste of the cheese was soo flavorful and the smoked ham was delish. the price is very fair for what you receive at first I wished it was bigger but the melty Gorgonzola filled me up and I ended up saving the rest for later. I also tasted truffle I'm not sure if they use truffle oil on the bread but that was a huge plus. Will be back for...
