Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

Update: April 2025 Still one of the best Costas you can find anywhere in London IMO. Run really well by the very hard working all female team. Always friendly, happy and welcoming. For me, they make some of the best coffees in the chain and it's kept so well unless most stores. Credit to the entire team there because they're all superstars. I'm always there when i get the chance.

I went into this Costa recently buying a bag from the too good to go tackling food waste app. I showed the app code to claim my bag. There was an Indian lady at the counter. I saw her literally put in a sandwich in there the cost of which in full price was less than how much I paid on too good to go. They were closing in half an hour and had fresh bakery items but wasn’t offered any. I just think Costa shouldn’t sign up to this app if the employees behind the counter are not willing to tackle food waste and don’t have the same emotives. Relaxed, spacious and airy. I was working on a coding project over a cup of cappucino for a couple of hours and was able to get work done thanks to a lively environment and friendly staff. The wall sockets also came handy for charging my laptop! Definitely a nice place to chill out in the neighbourhood. On the downside, not all tables seem to have chairs, but when I was visiting, the cafe wasn't that busy, so it wasn't a big...
