The worst experience ever!!! The Customer service it's horrible. The owner it's extremely rude. Yesterday evening at 6:10 I walked in since l had an appointment at 6:15. The owner, while was washing the hair of another client, looked at me like if he saw an alien and he asked me, do you have an appointment? Yes I do, I said, at 6:15. Suddenly another client walked in and he said he also had an appointment at 6:15 and the owner asked us in a very non professional way. How can l have all this booking at this time?! Well, he should have asked the girl who took the appointment not us!!! It was quite clear that the girl, who was very kind over the phone when l took the appointment, made a mistake (everyone makes mistakes, l don't have any problems with that). but instead of apologising and try to make it up in a nice way the owner, very annoyed said...so, l finish this one than l do the other client "who arrived 1min after me" and afterward it's going to be your turn. Well, honestly l didn't have time to wait and at the same time l wasn't feeling comfortable with the situation so very calmly l told him, no worries I'm not gonna stay. At this point the owner, while I was leaving, said very rudely, you're not going to wait?! Sure not, l replayed...so he shouted out loud...YOU KNOW WHAT?! I DON'T CARE!!! How can you behave this way Mr owner?! You put yourself in a very embarrassing situation in front of all the costumers were in at that moment. Watch out!!! You put your business at risk that way!!! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Groovy and I must say, it was an experience that far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was embraced by a warm and inviting atmosphere, setting the stage for what was to be an outstanding visit.

The Youseff and Girts welcomed me with genuine smiles and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, offering me a complimentary beverage as I waited. What set this salon apart was not just the quality of their services but the personalised experience. My stylist took the time to really listen to what I wanted, providing professional input that helped guide me to the perfect style and color.

The level of expertise and attention to detail was impressive. My stylist used top-of-the-line products that made my hair look and feel healthier than ever. The cut was flawless, and the color vibrant, showing off their skill and dedication to their craft.

Another aspect worth mentioning is the cleanliness of the salon. It was clear that they take pride in maintaining a pristine environment, which made me feel even more at ease.

The value I received for the price was outstanding. I left feeling like I got more than what I paid for, not just in terms of the quality of the haircut and color but in the overall experience.

Walked in (with a prepaid voucher may I add), and within 1 minute, walked straight back out without even having my haircut....THEE WORST salon I have ever set foot in. NO customer service whatsoever and simply downright rude. NEVER go here. I had a prepaid voucher and before I even got to say hello, he asked me how much I paid (don't know the name but he had an Italian accent), I didn't recall immediately, so I guessed, and he insisted on knowing how much I paid before asking me what I had actually needed done. In brief, I have shoulder length hair, which is quite thin and I booked an hour appointment but it had specified for short hair, so he instantly refused to accept my voucher. My haircuts never last longer than 45 minutes as my hair is so thin and he want to charge me for the "long" hair cut price (which specified 1.5hrs). I said I would pay the additional if my haircut takes longer than an hour and he refused. Just to add, there was no other customers in the salon so they were'nt even busy....so I walked out and found somewhere else, paid twice the price but got a fab new hair style, so will be sticking with them...I was in search of a new hairdresser so if I HAD liked this salon I would have gone back, but no way. The money was not the issue, it was the tone and manner in which was greeted & spoken to, don't know how they do business...I've never written a review on anything before but so this is a first as I was so appalled at this place I...
