If there’s anything about the Beatles this store will have it if they don’t just ask for it and I’ll get it in. The store manager Richard is a London renowned expert on the Beatles he even runs tours and if there’s anything about the Beatles he would know it. The shop is easy access to the Baker Street train station on the Jubilee line. Just turn right as you leave the station and it’s 100 yards or meters up the road on the left-hand side (so you need to cross the road). There is an extensive range of goods including record singles of all the Beatles famous songs. The shop is certainly worth a visit if you’re a casual browser of Beatles paraphernalia or you’re a diehard Beatles fan.

We were in the store in mid september, was feeling oddly nostalgic looking at all of the great items in the store. when paying for a shirt at the counter, the staff could see that my feelings for being in the store were genuine as could any Beatles fans be at the time. Expressed my disappointment to him in that a Beatles walking tour had been cancelled that morning and i was choked up about not seeing as much of the Fab 4 sites as we could. He suggested a quick trip to the Abbey road studio .......... this was such a great thing to do as we didn't realize we were that close.............. we went, we walked the zebra crosswalk and took pictures.............. thank you so much for making our time in London just that much more fun...... my wife and i appreciated the time you took to talk with us......... ...

I'm a huge Beatles fan, but the visit to this store was a disappointment for two reasons: 1. Apart from a few LP's that the customers were not allowed to look through themselves, I didn't see any records, DVD's or any recordings. However, a lot of knick-knacks with Beatles themes. And 2. The total lack of service. I went there together with my kids (who also like the Beatles), and they had looked forward to go there, but the staff were so cumbersome with them. The kids were careful with the things they looked at, but the staff behaved like they were not welcome in the store. I ended up putting back the couple of things I was going to buy, and went to the Abbey Road Shop were I bought a few things instead. Much better customer service and...
