We were in the store in mid september, was feeling oddly nostalgic looking at all of the great items in the store. when paying for a shirt at the counter, the staff could see that my feelings for being in the store were genuine as could any Beatles fans be at the time. Expressed my disappointment to him in that a Beatles walking tour had been cancelled that morning and i was choked up about not seeing as much of the Fab 4 sites as we could. He suggested a quick trip to the Abbey road studio .......... this was such a great thing to do as we didn't realize we were that close.............. we went, we walked the zebra crosswalk and took pictures.............. thank you so much for making our time in London just that much more fun...... my wife and i appreciated the time you took to talk with us......... ...

Apart from a few LP's that the customers were not allowed to look through themselves, I didn't see any records, DVD's or any recordings. However, a lot of knick-knacks with Beatles themes. And 2. The total lack of service. I went there together with my kids (who also like the Beatles), and they had looked forward to go there, but the staff were so cumbersome with them. The kids were careful with the things they looked at, but the staff behaved like they were not welcome in the store.
