I’m incredibly disappointed with our experience at Heavenly Desserts Marylebone today. My wife and I ordered a hot chocolate and dessert, but the waitress, Alexis, lost her balance while carrying the tray and spilled the entire hot chocolate all over her. My wife’s jacket, scarf, trousers, shoes and phone were soaked and damaged, and she also felt pain from the hot liquid burning her leg. What followed was nothing short of shocking. Neither Alexis nor the other waitress offered any meaningful assistance. One waitress focused on cleaning the table with napkins, while the other fetched a mop. Neither offered my wife a single napkin to dry her hands, and it was only thanks to me and a kind lady at a nearby table that my wife got any immediate help. When we asked Alexis to call the manager, she returned with a mop and began cleaning the floor without mentioning anything about the manager. We had to ask her again: she was dismissive and only offered to cover the bill but refused to pay for dry cleaning or any of the damages. When asking again to speak with her manager she reluctantly told us to follow her. This involved putting on our jackets, leaving our table, going downstairs, stepping outside, and finally finding a person vaping at a table. This person, who claimed to be Alexis’s manager, showed zero professionalism. He didn’t stand up, didn’t express any concern, and when we asked for his name, he refused to provide it, confirming only that he was indeed her manager. The manager backed her up and didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience or the harm caused. This entire situation was handled terribly. It’s clear that Alexis hasn’t been properly trained on how to manage incidents like this, and her manager’s lack of care only made the experience worse. It was embarrassing, inconvenient, and incredibly unprofessional. This was an upsetting and unacceptable experience, especially so close to Christmas. The lack of professionalism and responsibility shown by both Alexis and the manager was shocking. We won’t be coming back, and I’d caution others to think twice before dining here.

I visited Heavenly Desserts recently and, unfortunately, left feeling pretty disappointed — especially considering the steep price point. First off, the location should have been a giveaway: right in the heart of a very touristy area, it felt more like a trap than a treat. I had high hopes due to the seemingly glowing online reviews, but honestly, I can’t understand how it’s earned them. I ordered their “best recommended dessert”, expecting something impressive. Instead, I was served a very plain waffle with a small drizzle of white chocolate and a handful of raspberries. The whole dessert was on the dry side and seriously underwhelming. If this was their signature dish, I wouldn’t want to try anything else on the menu. The only saving grace was the pistachio and white chocolate milkshake — genuinely delicious, and the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. Service-wise, it was chaotic. While the waiter was friendly, he was rushing around like a headless chicken, making the whole experience feel a bit hectic. At one point, he even plugged in a hoover between my legs while I was still eating, just to clean the front area. I appreciate cleanliness, but not when I’m paying £22 for a basic dessert and drink. Add to that an out-of-order toilet and a service charge on top, and it really didn’t feel worth it. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Heavenly Desserts. There are much better places out there offering more thoughtful desserts, better value, and a calmer atmosphere.

I recently visited **Heavenly Desserts**, and I can confidently say that this experience was speculoos-tacular. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the ambiance was so comforting. The service was absolutely outstanding. The manager even checked up on us and made sure we were enjoying ourselves! They were attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm, which really made the experience feel special. I began with their speculoos waffle, and it was a so good like SO GOOD. The waffle itself was perfectly crispy on the outside, while the inside was soft, light, and fluffy. The portion size was generous enough to leave me feeling full without being overwhelmed. Overall, I would really suggest coming here or for a date or for a catch up! Already planning my next visit, be sure to ask for Qasim or Ayia when theyre working, they were funny and very humorous! Thanks guys :)

My dessert was amazing and the service topped it off. Priscilla was so enthusiastic and the energy was the cornflake to my tart ( I ordered a cornflake tart hehe). The customer service truly stood out and made my visit unforgettable. Priscilla, who served me, was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, her warm greeting and genuine smile set the tone for the evening. She patiently explained the menu, offered fantastic recommendations tailored to my preferences, and made me feel truly valued as a customer.

What impressed me most was Priscilla’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was ensuring my order was perfect, accommodating specific dietary needs, or simply engaging in friendly conversation, her service was thoughtful and sincere. She clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in every interaction.

The desserts were divine—beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—but it was Priscilla’s exceptional service that made this place truly special. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to creating a memorable experience these days.

I can’t wait to return and highly recommend Heavenly dessert to anyone seeking not just delicious treats but also top-notch hospitality. Be sure to ask for Priscilla—she’s the best!

UPDATE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of returning once again, and I must say, this place never disappoints. Every visit has been a wonderful experience, but this time was particularly special, thanks to Aya. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Her warm and friendly personality, combined with her genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent service, truly made a difference.

Aya was incredibly attentive, ensuring that everything was just right and offering helpful recommendations with a smile. It was clear she genuinely cared about making my experience enjoyable. Her kindness and professionalism created such a positive atmosphere that I couldn’t help but feel appreciated as a guest.

It’s rare to come across someone who leaves such a lasting impression, and Aya did just that. Her exceptional service made this visit stand out, and I’ll undoubtedly be looking forward to coming back again soon. A heartfelt thank you to Aya and the entire team for maintaining such high standards — you’ve earned a...

We’ve had repeated issues at this location, but this visit was the last straw. The website clearly says the restaurant is open until 1am, yet they stop offering dine-in at 10:35pm and claim they close at 11pm. However, we personally witnessed them serving food on plates and seating other customers after 11pm, proving they were lying when they told us otherwise.

What’s worse – they told us they had “kept the restaurant open late just for us,” which was completely untrue. Customers were still arriving, and food was still being brought out to other tables. It’s dishonest and manipulative.

When we first arrived, we were told we couldn’t sit upstairs, but then saw other customers being allowed up. Only after questioning them were we finally permitted to go upstairs. Once seated, I went up with my baby, and a waitress rudely told us we had “less than 10 minutes” to order. Her tone was unnecessarily harsh and condescending. She even changed the timing twice — it was clear she was not being truthful from the start. Her attitude was appalling.

We travelled all the way from Milton Keynes just for this visit. As someone with over 45,000 followers on Instagram and who was invited to the Milton Keynes Heavenly Desserts opening, I expected at least basic courtesy. Instead, we left completely shocked and disappointed.

I’ll be reaching out to head office via email and messaging the brand directly on Instagram. At the very least, the restaurant should clearly state on the website that only takeaway is available after 10:35pm. Right now, it feels deliberately misleading.

Avoid this location – the experience is simply not worth it.

Update 7th of June 2025: They have suddenly updated their opening and takeaway times on Google. So I have attached the picture with the timestamp of them serving PLATES of desserts to customers at 11:13pm.

Update 7th of June updated the opening times to 11pm and lots of fake random reviews...
