The service was very bad last Sunday 31/05/2020, server or barista was Sandra. I was charged for a cappuccino for £6 and when I asked her why? the respond was you order flat white too? I said I only ordered for cappuccino and she gave me an attitude. I asked her I need my refund from my debit card and she said I can’t do that? Instead she gave a receipt with her signature. I never heard that kind of situation that I can’t het my money back especially that was her fault?
After an hour came back and ordered mocha and toasted croissant with cheese & tomato ? Guest what she over charge me again, instead of £4.60 including the receipt that she gave me with her signature total was £5.20? She was more frustrated when I asked her to review the amount and came out only £4.60? At the end she only charged me £4.00 with bad attitude. I had a very disappointing experience at Saint Espresso on Baker Street. I walked into the shop at 5:54 PM (May 18th) well before their 6:00 PM closing time — hoping to grab a quick coffee. However, the staff chose to ignore me, hiding behind the coffee machines and pretending to be busy. They let the clock run out to exactly 6:00 PM, only to then come out and refuse to take my order, claiming they were closed.
It was clear they had no intention of serving me and were just waiting for the clock to hit closing time. I understand shops have closing hours, but being deliberately ignored and treated dismissively is unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

Today, however, the woman behind the counter was very hostile and claimed my usual drink order could not be made. Just an oat cappuccino with a seasonal syrup. After some push back, she agreed and proceeded to charge me for the extra syrup. However, when I went to try the drink it was clear the flavour was not added. Unsure if it was an accident, but the level of attitude makes me feel like this was on purpose. I loved this coffee shop, but after today I will likely not return.
