Awful experience!!! We firstly contacted the flower station in March to request my wife wedding bouquet and buttonhole for our wedding day on August 20th. We wanted for my wife a cascade bouquet with white flowers and three sunflowers. We agreed on collecting the flowers ourselves the day before. Once at the flower station, the flower bouquet was everything but close to the picture provided. It wasn’t a wedding bouquet. It had broken flowers and leaves which also had spiderwebs on. When we showed the picture sent as guideline the florist present in the store acknowledged that the bouquet was not the required one. Kindly the florist contacted the HR sending pictures of the bouquet. I was asked to speak with the HR lady who at first was looking to send a florist to correct the bouquet. Hours goes by and no one comes. It’s almost midnight when David, the flower station owner calls and communicates that he is currently on holiday, he spends time telling my wife how a bride to be should feel the day before the wedding and that the whole wedding is such a magical experience, basically lots of unsolicited noce words who made us waste additional time. however he was not willing to help. He asked my wife how we should feel about asking a florist to come to work so late in the evening and that the only thing he was willing to do was to refund me for the bouquet. For David, the customer service doesn’t exist and if you have an issue they simply wash their hands off. Luckily, the two florists present in the store at the time who apparently were not qualified for bouquet helped and created from scratch a new bouquet. If wasn’t for these two guy my wife would have walked down the aisle empty handed. These guys who had zero obligation towards us helped way more than the “owner” and the “HR” people we have spoken with. I will never stop to thank the guys on the night shift on Friday 19th of August but seriously Flower Station, you do not deserve such great employees with such awful management above. After several attempts to get in touch with them, I've had my luck with their IG account. Eduard was the one who attended to my requests and concerns. They tried again to re-deliver but failed. I'm taking into consideration the fault of the third party/deliver guy who might've had lacks in his service as I booked another company and delivery was literally minutes apart and the other one was able to deliver their flowers while their hired delivery guy failed again.
Now, having to describe my experience, I give credit to where it's due. To Sami of accounts for replying and relaying my concern to the team and especially to Eduard (via their IG) for being so patient despite my bad review and frustration. If I had it my way, my review rating would be 4 stars to Eduard and 1 to Flower Station. If it weren't for him, I'd probably taken this complaint further but he surely knows how to handle customers.
I really hope this company would revisit their customer service protocols on answering emails and phones. Honestly, the 24hr customer care statement that they promote wasn't true with my experience, but the effort of Eduard to correct their mistake saved this company from my frustration.

Read moreI ordered a bouquet of Mixed Tulips for my mum (mother's day) I specifically chose this bouquet because of the colors. My mums favorite color is orange. And this bouquet was perfect as it had all those orange red yellow colors.
Unfortunately for me, I received a bouquet of purple and white flowers... Nothing like the colors that were advertised on the website and on top of that they were delivered at 10:30 pm.
I called the shop to explain the problem I sent them a picture of the flowers as asked. And the lady Antonia REPLIED '' if we do not have the flowers on hand or the colors etc... We are entitled to change the composition of the flowers WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE''... What I saw on the website is that '' WE ALWAYS NOTIFY CUSTOMERS BEFORE SUCH CHANGES ''
I WASN'T notified of anything, and I definitely would NOT have spent that amount of money on purple flowers a color my Mum doesn't even like. The bouquet looks like a funeral bouquet. If they had taken the time to call and let me know I would have picked something else no biggy.
I tried calling, the Lady Antonia was very rude very bad customer service, she hung up on me and wouldn't pick up the phone.
You can imagine how disappointed and upset I am right now.
And after reading all the reviews on here... I get it now... I Never would have ordered from them if I had seen those reviews.
I told them I'd return the flowers they can take them back, I asked for a refund which was denied, she wouldn't even send the original bouquet I asked for.
