Booked them for my birthday, almost half the zorbs were punctured meaning the guy had to keep on going back to inflate them wasting about 20 mins of our time in total and there were multiple safety issues (i knocked my head on my mate's head because we both had deflated zorbs). You would have thought that for a company which does zorb football, they would have proper zorbs. I've done zorb football before at other places and this was nowhere near as fun. I asked for a refund and they originally offered 10% but i got it pushed up to 15%, even though we deserved far more. Only reason they got 2* instead of 1* is because at least the host brought good energy on the day despite the defective equipment and they at least offered some refund even though it was not representative of...
