I have been a regular customer here since I moved to the UK from Canada in 2014, and I can say on good authority that this is probably one of the best Lululemon shops in the world.
I have visited other Lululemon stores in Canada, America, Europe, and the UK, and no store has matched the quality experience I have enjoyed every single time that I have shopped at the Westfield location.
Katie, Georgia, and Chris as well as all of the other staff that I have interacted with over the years have been absolutely wonderful and have made me actually enjoy shopping (I am one of those people who normally doesn't, unfortunately). Their knowledge of the fabric and the technology, fit, and styling is impressive, and they have given me valuable advice on purchasing the correct pieces for my body, lifestyle, and needs.
I wear Lululemon for both my work as a Soft Tissue Injury Specialist and for my training as a Crossfitter (who also occasionally climbs, rows, and tries to dance), and what still gets me excited about Lulu even after well over a decade of wearing it is the quality. It. Lasts.
I have occasionally tried other sportswear/lifestyle brands and I have regretted it every time. If you want quality athleisure clothing that lasts forever as well as a truly lovely shopping experience where you feel cared for as a human (and not just another nameless customer), I cannot recommend Lululemon Westfield...
   Read moreAbsolutely SHOCKED and DISGUSTED by the customer service I received in this branch today. I overheard a member of staff speaking negatively about me whilst I was in the changing room. I calmly asked her why and she responded by swearing and kissing her teeth at me! I asked to speak with a manager to which she responded "I don't really care". I've since reported this to head office who assure me that they are treating it as a serious incident and that the event has already been reported by several witnesses who overheard the exchange. I always considered Lululemon to be a reputable brand focused on delivering a high level of customer service; something I no longer believe if they can allow such a caliber of person to represent...
   Read moreI've been a few times looking for pants but couldn't figure out which ones were right for me - with and without staff assistance. Yesterday however I met Georgia and she was great! She was friendly and relaxed, asked a couple of questions and really listened to what I said. She gave great feedback and didn't just agree but offered thoughtful advice.
Most impressive was how she politely handled a few customers and everyone was happy.
There was another sales assistant there who wouldn't even make eye contact, so the in-store experience really comes down to good hiring and training policies. But it can change your day (and make money for the business), so...
