Amazing Customer Service & Relaxed Store

I visited the Mac store at St Pancras International to find it very calm and relaxed. I was greeted by the security guard and then by the lovely customer assistant Mia.

I was looking for a Lip Liner to go with my Velvet Teddy Lipstick but wasn't sure of the name of the one I had previously used. Mia took her time showing me the colour palette that would match the lipstick, informing me what colours were most popularly used together and swatched some shades for me. I ended up going for 'Stripdown' (perfect for today's weather right?) I was also looking to try a foundation that would be good to wear when using ring lights and creating content and Mia recommended the best selling Mac Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 - Mia blended a few shades on my skin (with covid guidelines intact!) and matched my complexion perfectly.

The store was completely relaxed with no rushing around or pressure to try or buy and Mia really took her time with me figuring out all sorts of make up stuff and was very patient with my queries.

Great selection of products and colours in this Mac store.

I am beyond impressed with this MAC Cosmetics shop especially the customer service staff called George. He helped me tremendously. I was so nervous going in, I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve always been one of those people who doesn’t wear makeup but because of the stresses of life my face sort of exploded with acne and I had a wedding that was coming up soon, so I had to get some makeup to cover my acne.

George was so kind to me, so gentle while I was in MAC shop. When I was nervous taking off my mask so that he could put makeup on my face, he made me feel comfortable. He communicated with me effectively and he just made the entire experience amazing. He patiently showed me what to do if I wanted to recreate the incredible makeup look and he even wrote down instructions for me to follow.

I left the store feeling confident. I went into the shop a nervous wreck and left confident. If that’s not the sign of an incredible customer service staff I don’t know what is. If there’s a promotion available, then he needs to be promoted, if there are bonuses available then he needs to get that bonus. I just want to say thank you, George and MAC. AMAZING, AMAZING SERVICE @ MAC ST PANCRAS YESTERDAY FROM BARBARA. I love going to MAC stores as the artists are quite knowledgable, do not sell you things which are not your shade and really take their time with you to try things which the customers want to try. They are not pushy at all and everytime I am in the store I end up buying something which I want and love. Colour matching is always done to perfection and the professionalism is high standard. These days when you visit a makeup counter, you can feel the urgency and the pathetic corporate greed to sell more than create long lasting consumers. Everytime I go to high end stores, even luxury stores I get the look like oh you are not going to buy anything anyways. But, Mac at st pancras, London really deliver everytime.
