Overcharging.

Went to Mail Boxes to buy a Special Delivery pre-paid envelope. Asked for one for up to 100g, but only had the more expensive 500g. I was then asked to pay Ā£12.95, I paid for the same type of envelope the day before in a post office Ā£8.95. Went to another place around the corner (Citibox) and was then asked for Ā£9.95!

They know people need them for passport application etc so can...
