However (and this isn’t Hate. This is just honest criticism)... I think it’s inexcusable whenever it happens, let alone launch week, that when you have one of each garment on display, they’re not pressed and cared for but instead unboxed and slung on a hanger.

That lack of pride in your product transfers over to prospective buyers. That’s why sadly as much as I love the OVO movement and what it represents, I left disappointed by its retail presence in London.

Be very wary about placing an online order. I was a returning customer yet after receiving an email confirming my purchase I then received a subsequent email, twelve hours later, full of grammatical errors, asking me for an “alternate” email address, phone number and billing information. No explanation as to why this was needed in addition to the details I had already given upon placing the order other than “fraud prevention”. My alarm bells were ringing so I refused to send any more personal data and got a further email from them threatening to cancel my order within 24 hours if I did not oblige. I had no choice but to cancel the order myself and I’m left suspicious and disappointed for my son who was hoping for the merchandise...

I stumbled to this business while on vacation and it deserves all the stars possible on Google. Came here three times and every time worked with a different employee. Fabian, Charlotte, and I didn’t get the last gentlemen’s name service was outstanding. This location understands customer service and truly how to read and understand their consumers. They made it personal , engaging, educational, and fun. As I work in the service industry in the states without question they get it.
