One Tower Bridge London — Local services in London

Here is my feedback:

Pros: Gym is always very clean and equipment well looked after. Packages are always delivered and secure Concierge are very friendly and respond quickly to issues

Cons: The Vitality Pool is supposed to be at 36 degrees(it states in the handbook) and it’s always cold/mediocre warm to the point you don’t even want to go in. The staff always offer to turn it up more but the water coming out of the jets are still cold and I think the thermostat must be off/broken. This is probably the most frustrating as this is the main reason I rented my flat. You have to pay a £45 yearly induction fee to use the gym and spa. I’ve never had to do this any of my other serviced apartments with amenities and was not told this until I tried to use the gym - Dexter’s told me it was included and was also confused when it wasn’t. all the amenities are always broken. Every week something is broken. When I toured the golf simulator was broken they said it would be fixed next month it ended up taking 6 months….sauna is broken every other week This one might just be my flat - but my electric per month is over 200 pounds a month. My prior one bedroom flats (different new build complex) was never more than 60 pounds so this seems insane to me. I even turned off the AV unit (it’s a big box with a lot of electrical wires) but that didn’t help. -the heat and cooling in my apartment do not work and only one company can service/fix it. I moved into my flat in December and have not had it work once and the company has come to try and fix it about 4 times now. This will is specifically for 11 Godwin house flat - avoid renting or buying this apartment at all costs. Would not recommend living in the building, overpriced, spa facilities always broke, concierge change quite often. The flats in the tower are freezing in the winter, due to badly planned floor heating (you get max 19 degrees in winter in the apartment)…. Not the best investment if you want to buy.
