I could not recommend the Prosecco House more and I am honestly so, so grateful that I stumbled across this wonderful place. The team hosted our wedding drinks either side of our wedding breakfast [which was at a nearby restaurant] back in June, and the service at PH was beyond incredible. From the moment I first spoke to Kristina to the end of my wedding evening, I felt like the whole team were an extension of our family because of how welcoming they were – they even recognised me somehow the first time I ever walked in the door post our first phone call. The choice of prosecco, and other drinks too is amazing and it’s the fine details such as the delicate wine glasses which the prosecco is served in that I loved as well. The place has an up-market feel without feeling corporate or stuffy and the setting amongst a beautiful quiet courtyard and just moments from Tower Bridge is simply perfect. The sharing platters went down well with guests too, with a mix of meat and vegetarian options and I was delighted to be able to bring our wedding cake along. The minimum spend was also reasonable given the location in central London. PH even had their usual Saturday DJ attend our event for us and he was more than happy to accommodate all of our favourite songs - I think we chose a "last song" about four times and the DJ continued beyond this every time, since everyone was having so much fun. Our guests all commented on how wonderful the place was and our close family and I were in awe of just how welcomed we were and what wonderful people the PH team are. My only wish is that I could renew my vows every year, so that I could keep coming back for private events here! I will definitely visit for prosecco and nibbles whenever I am near and would like to thank the team, as you helped to make our wedding day...
Read moreWell, our waitress was good! But the whole experience wasn't worth it for me.
Got there and was offered a table for two which was right in front of the restroom, and we asked if there was another table but got a somewhat curt response about that being the only table available for two and then he walked away immediately without another word. As if that was not enough, I asked a different guy again much later when I saw a couple leave, if we could move there but was told it had been reserved for a group of 4. He promised to notify us if another table became available. The place started to get a bit empty but still no word, in fact a couple came in and walked straight to the table I had earlier requested to be moved to but was told it was reserved (no group of 4 came in and we were there till about 22:00 or thereabouts).
Not sure they really care about the comfort of their customers. Hardly any smiles. I think it's all a big hype and certainly wouldn't be going back or...
Read moreMy friends and I were so looking forward to visiting the Prosecco House and saved it for the last afternoon of our trip. The selection was amazing and the choices we each made were fantastic examples of high quality Prosecco and cocktails. However, from the moment we were seated it was palpable that they were treating our table with less customer service and attention than other tables. It was quite apparent that they treat POC with less enthusiasm than others. Quite disappointing for a location attracting tourists from all over the world and one that should offer more grace to visitors. As a Caucasian female in the wine industry, I’ll never recommend Prosecco House to my peers or friends. And, when someone calls you out on your rudeness, don’t make false claims of being...
