Oseyo has quickly become our favorite destination for exploring Korean cuisine and culture, and we make a point of visiting every week to discover new items. Our go-to location is the one at Angel though it’s a bit on the small side, it’s impressively stocked with all the essentials and specialties we could ask for. The staff at Oseyo are always welcoming and helpful, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Prices are surprisingly affordable, especially considering the variety and authenticity of the products available. One section I’m eager to explore further is their frozen food aisle, I’ve got my eye on trying their frozen fish sometime soon. It’s reassuring to know that even in a compact space, Oseyo manages to offer a comprehensive range of Korean delicacies. A delightful surprise on our recent visit was discovering their selection of Squid Game themed items. Naturally, we couldn’t resist picking some up and heading straight home to try them out. The gonggi set was particularly popular, challenging, fun, and a fantastic way to encourage kids (and adults!) to take a break from electronics and engage in more traditional play. The stock is ok but the till is absolutely chaotic and disorderly. They have a sign directing customers where to queue but every time I am there, I noticed most people seem to ignore the signs. They instead, queue completely vertical to the direction the sign point out. But people who do follow signs seem to be ignored. I am the one who follow the sign. The sales every time shrug their shoulders and insinuating to me there is another queue. I don’t understand such simple issue they can’t find a solution for. Maybe the sign is not “loud” enough, maybe people find the vertical direction is more natural then review the sign. It’s not rocket science but common sense and basic problem solving. You can’t penalise people who respect your instructions otherwise what’s the point putting up a sign? Right now, the vicinity of the entrance area is crowded and blocked the traffic flow. Sort...
