DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYEBROW TREATMENT!!!!!!!!! * I’ll start off by saying theres no class in customer service here you can really tell the difference between the people who boots contracts down the road in comparison Both ladies who provide eyebrow service one who’s always there weekdays and the other only on weekends ruined the last bit of thickness I had left of my eyebrow!!!! They don’t know what they are doing do a rushed job and my eyebrows don’t even look symmetrical!!! The first 2 times I ever had them done by the Asian lady she done them very well , I made the mistake of trusting the one that’s there on the weekends who was clearly not experienced seemed extremely nervous , done the first one very slow to not cause me pain then began to rush the other one as soon as there was another customer waiting, then sneakily soaked them in gel completely before showing me the result and I couldn’t see the full shape until I left when they dried out !! - they weren’t symmetrical !! Then after waiting weeks for them to grow back I visited the usual lady (who knows more what she was doing) thinking she could help rectify the problem and get them back to how they were before , but my eyebrows were still thin from the last experience , then finally the last time I went back to her she removed too much hair from the thickest part and left one thinner than the other and that’s when I thought I’ve had enough never coming to superdrug again for my brows !! I cannot trust them !! ONE OF THE SECURITY GUARDS ** looks as if he has some sort of mental learning difficulty , always stares way too much than what is acceptable and normal , makes me feel uncomfortable , I try not to take much notice and just go about what I’m doing but u can’t help but be hyper...
Read moreMe and my friend came in today and i went in originally to buy some waxing strips and they weren’t there. My friend came because she wanted deodorant and we decided not to buy it because the queue was too long and we could have bought it elsewhere with a shorter queue. We put the deodorant back in the men’s deodorant section since the woman’s deodorant section was packed and we couldn’t fit through the people to put it back. When we were leaving we were stopped by the security guard and asked what happened to the deodorant. Clearly, he was eyeing us and ONLY us since the store was packed and we were near the back of the store since that’s where the deodorant is. Another woman was staring at us the whole time whilst we were trying to look for our items. We KNEW she was looking at us since we saw her and it made us uncomfortable. The security man asked us to go to where we put the deodorant and then asked the woman to follow us. Obviously we were confused and they escorted us as if we ACTUALLY stole something even though we clearly didn’t. It seemed INCREDIBLY racially motivated and i’m not happy. The woman also spoke to us in such a rude manner and told us to get out in a malicious way. It was so obvious they thought we stole and multiple other people have had the same experience where they were wrongly accused of stealing by the SAME people. No...
Read moreUntil staff member Lily learns how to speak to customers in a way that is not incredibly rude, I will be using boots down the road. If she's team leader god help you all. Disgusting attitude all in hopes that she'll bully you into getting her commission. I told her I don't know my email address and she spun the screen around and said TRY 😂. I said no thank you, and she repeated herself again. She wouldn't scan my items until I did but I refused again. I said how she acted was rude and that she should say 'could you / would you like to try' instead of demanding it. As I was explaining what she did rudely, she continues to speak over me ' DID I SWEAR AT YOU' to which I said no, but you're talking over me and not listening to what you did do wrong. Please can someone educate this woman on how to act...
