Absolute waste of time, business closed without being told the route has changed, staff are rude when you ask for alternative routes, signage has incorrect details on it. Basically everyone has to just put their life’s on hold for a bunch of cyclists to ride for an entire day on the road. Badly organised and a senior official at SFM (the company paid to organise it) refused to open up roads after the event finished due to lack of management instructions and/or scheduling. No Common Sense. Staff not local and Totally Clueless. Google Maps had NO IDEA about this event and attempted to route traffic normally! Misinformation.
