Newly opened sauna within first floor of red brick building. Two types of sauna, infrared and Finish with electric heated stones.

All within great open plan environment with changing rooms, two saunas cabins, showers and two plunge baths and toilets.

Clean and relaxed environment, friendly and informative staff, who welcome you on entry.

I've often found (particularly in the UK) that saunas tend often not hot enough same for coldness of the water within the plunge pool as they are in Scandinavia/abroad.

Here the infrared, given time really does heat up nicely and the two plunge pools are set to different temperatures allowing for colder option.

Given the positive reviews I read, I was looking forward to trying this sauna. I finally managed to go for a session last week and left after 30 minutes very disappointed. Both saunas were lukewarm, and the cold plunge was, well, not particularly cold. I tried to ask the receptionist if there was some issue on the day with temperature regulation, but she was on the phone and pretending she wasn't seeing me standing in reception and trying to call her attention... Considering that this sauna is also almost 50% more expensive than similar alternatives (Eg. community sauna), I was expecting a much better...

Absolutely love this place! From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a calming, serene atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. The space is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a warm, inviting scent.

The red light sauna is amazing — you instantly feel warm, relaxed, and like all the stress just melts away.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about wellness.

It’s such a great spot to switch off, recharge, and give yourself a bit of me-time. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and just… better....
