Superdrug — Local services in London

The pharmacy is painfully slow and unhelpful. They sent me back to the doctors surgery as the staff were unwilling to simply call them to confirm the information they had been sent. A simple task that any decent pharmacist would do.

You MUST check your prescription before you leave. Due to poor storage at the back (you can see the cardboard boxes on the floor they keep some of the 'prepared' prescription bags) they make mistakes with the amounts of items.

There is often a queue and even when you are lucky enough to be the only person there, they will look out to see you from behind the counter area and continue with their work until they see fit to come out to you. No indication of how long the wait should be etc unless you...

I just visited this branch with my two cousins for them to get there ears pierced, I would like to encourage everyone to look elsewhere to get your piercings done don’t go to superdrug! The lady we had was incredibly rude and was filled with attitude and side comments and overall was an unpleasant experience. I have never experienced such lack of professionalism, the most inappropriate comment she made was blaming my cousin for her illness saying “why did she tick this box now I’m going to get in trouble”. I hope she reads this and realises that she needs carry herself better within the workplace, my cousins will not...

I went to do my eyebrows and facial hair treading and it was probably the worse. I have to be fully honest and give the credit that the outcome was good, but the practitioner was among the rudest people I ever met, aggressive physically and verbally -pushing my head properly hard and telling me I was going to make her late when I litterally asked her 5 minute before if she was available for the service. She also never prep my skin or moisturised after causing a huge rush in my upper lip and neck, again because she was so aggressive with her service....
