I had a nice meal here with my mum who has recently gone dairy free... We were choosing between VeganE which is relatively new and 222 round the corner which is well established. It's great to be able to choose from a whole menu as opposed to the one or two token dishes that you may get from somewhere not catering for the Vegan diet. In the end we opted for VaganE because they had a bigger selection on their menu. It was quiet when we can in at about 6pm on a Saturday evening - there was just one other couple at a table and later another couple entered. The staff were friendly whilst leaving enough time for us to talk, read and choose from the menu - and were happy to serve some nice mint water without needing to be asked. The starters were a little bit pricey, so we opted to order the samosas and share. When they came they were nicely presented and very crispy with an unexpected (we didn't fully read the menu) tofu vegan mince filling, they were however very very tasty and a good size - there were two of them. For our mains I went for the Chickenish Katsu curry and my mum the Stuffed Peppers. Both came really well presented and we're tasty. The rice with the curry was cooked nice, soft and wholesome and the curry sauce mild and creamy. The Stuffed Peppers were stuffed with vegetables, rice and dhal and the peppers were cooked to a lovely melt in the mouth texture. The menu was slightly more than what we would normally pay but it was really worth it for the options, taste and portion size. We would definitely...

We felt really lucky to find this little gem, perfect for both vegetarians, vegans and non-vegans. It has a massive menu choice and great service. We were visiting London and had a very late booking here. We made a mistake on the tube on the way there, which made us late, but the owner was really kind on the phone, telling us not to worry and that he would still serve us. We probably made him late going home, but he was still so welcoming and warm. The menu is fantastic - an enormous range. We had fish tacos and the coating was delicious, as was the sweet sauce on it. The macaroni cheese was lovely with plenty sauce. The starters were decent sized too. My partner had spaghetti bolognese which was lovely and tomatoey, and not a very soya-ey taste, which was good. I had a mushroom pasta dish, which was lovely. Everything is made from scratch so you can ask for anything you don’t fancy not to be included in your dish. That was good for me, as I can be quite fussy about certain things. Service was fast. Everything is organic here and has gluten free and raw options as well. We recommend all the food we had and definitely want to go back next time we are in London, as there is so much more on the huge menu we want to try. We’re so looking forward to trying the pizza (where you can build your own), burgers, curries, the fried breakfast, and many other starters and mains. Looking forward to trying those delicious looking...

Yesterday I went here to eat with my partner.

We ordered the Avocado Hummus as a starter to share, I ate the Beetroot Burger with avocado and cheese with a side of fries and she ate the Margherita with Mushrooms. To drink I ordered the Green Juice, she a simple Cola.

The starter was already really tasty and the Hummus is one of the best I have ever eaten.

The Juice was really nice, also. A good, healthy drink for the usual London weather.

The beetroot burger was also one of the best vegan burgers I ever had. It was juicy and crunchy at the same time, the ingredients where fresh and the fries where freshly made and very nice (I would say home-made even!).

The Pizza I was able to try also and it was very nice and does not need to hide against other pizza places! My partner really seemed to like it very much!

And last but not least: The owner of the place is one of the nicest hosts we ever had the pleasure to meet! He is very humble, helpful and knows his trade!

So in conclusion: If you want to eat at a nice vegan restaurant with a down-to-earth menu, good prices and really tasty food -...

I was amazingly surprised by this restaurant. Firstly, they’re super nice and you can absolutely tell they care :) Then you have sooo many options in the menu and they’re all HOMEMADE and vegan. We ordered the fish and chips and the chickenish burger, which were both tasty and filling -and at such a good price for London. The chickenish burger can surely appeal to everyone. It is quite big and all the flavours mix really well together. The fish is covered in seaweed, nicely fried and accompanied by a creamy dill sauce. I’ve been to many vegan restaurants and this one is definitely special and I’m super excited to come back and bring everyone! <3 thanks to the lovely staff for an excellent dinner.

Am not vegan and been ordering from this place Via deliveroo for the past 2 weeks . The food is so good, very authentic and great value for money. so far I tried the baked aubergine, chicken burger , pasta bolognese, lasagna, and Caesar salad! And I do recommend them all. Maybe the portion of the chicken Caesar salad could be bigger but I can’t deny that it tasted so good! Came once to the restaurant, it’s a very humble start up. It’s a family business where the owner and his wife are the main players who cooks , serves the food and most importantly they are very welcoming . Businesses like that should be genuinely supported from the community around and not only vegans !
