I’ve been coming here for about 2–3 years, and almost every visit has involved some kind of hostility or unnecessary issue! From the same two members of staff. I always come in with a smile, I’m polite, I don’t take drugs or cause trouble, yet somehow, it always seems to be people of colour who get targeted. It’s honestly disappointing that this kind of behaviour still happens. Tonight, I was watched and followed around the sauna. I’ve spoken to several other customers (coincidentally, none of them white) who’ve shared similar experiences of being treated differently. I’m not someone who seeks conflict, but it was clear this staff member was looking to provoke a reaction. I chose not to engage, but the bias and hostility were undeniable.Of course, those who haven’t experienced this kind of treatment will be quick to defend the staff. But sometimes, it’s important to look beyond your own experiences and recognise that not everyone is treated the same. Don’t claim to support inclusivity while singling people out because of their differences. These two are the ones to be careful of

I have been to various saunas in European cities like Barcelona, Valencia, Budapest, Amsterdam, Milano Athens etc. This was by far the most dirty and the most repulsive facilitie i have ever seen since now. The facilities inside are so bad maintaned and almost all the spaces smell incredibly bad. It is also very small with tight spaces and only two floors. If you want sleepers you need to pay 4£ for the pair, they do not provide for free. Also if you are not interested to men under 40 or 50 this place is not for you for sure. Almost 70 - 80% of the customers there are over 60 years of age and they do not respect you, they touch without your consent. Overalll it was a terrible experience. Please avoid this place for your own good at all costs especially if you are under 30 and don't like a specific age group over 40 - 50 years old. I left the place after 10 - 15m. even though i had paid for the entrance and for the slippers.

First time visiter on Saturday the guy on reception had the attitude didn't wanna be there just took my money, no welcome just took my money and gave me my towel, not a good start

The is small louge area as you walk in, when means you walk through this to the lockers you see the guys sitting there in there towels, this felt weird and didn't work no other sauna I've been to is like this, you walking through with outside shoes on that are dirty and guys walking barefoot is not good

The is medium rest room on ground floor with three rest cubicals and 4/5 round the corner on the way to the sauna, down stairs is showers, steam room and some more cubicals and some more semi dark small rooms, all the cubicals the is only room to stand none you can lie down

By the showers down stairs the is plastics grills on the floor stop you slipping but these all had soaking wet towels underneath, the whole of basement smelled damp and unwelcoming, it's very tight and cramped that two people can't walk past each other with out one of you stopping to let the other one pass

The is no hot tub here

£20 is expensive for the facility's available considering sweatbox is £24

After my experience with the guy reception, the outdated smelly unclean facilities I won't be going back

The website states "Operating in the heart of Kennington and fresh from a comprehensive refit" is what you call a comprehensive refit you are really taking the mick, this place has no money spent on...
