West One failed on multiple levels during my bathroom projects.

The Inbani Strato vanity warped and split within days, shower components arrived damaged, and I was charged for a product that never arrived.

Design was poor. They advised installing a steam generator where it could cause burns or even electrocution during use. My designer said an extractor would not be necessary, contradicting the manufacturer’s advice. I was also not told I needed to tank the shower – this cannot be done retrospectively and will cause long-term problems. The shower door itself caused ceiling and floor damage, requiring full replacement.

Communication was slow, contradictory, and unhelpful. It took nearly two years to complete the work, and the incurred extra costs were claimed back through the courts.

We are extremely disappointed with West One Bathrooms. Had been recommended to use them by our designer but would not recommend them following our experience. This was due to an extremely late delivery of a vanity unit from a Spanish company they use. Communication was poor and misleading. It was v delayed, then arrived broken and therefore another one was ordered and when it finally arrived, the delivery was late on in the day which meant tradespeople were waiting around. Compensation for the long delay and inconvenience was begrudingly agreed in our opinion by a director. Then, the bath cracked upon first use. We renovated our en-suite bathroom. Sham at West One Chelsea - from the minute I walked into the showroom made me feel at ease, listened to my ideas & acknowledged our budget (unlike so many other companies visited). Sham could not have made the experience more seamless & stress free for us. From recommending contractors to his very sound design advice (managing my sometimes very large ideas with a polite, realistic, solution based approach) within the small tricky space to accommodating last minute changes and actively getting everything to us as quick as possible.
