I had a terrible experience at Boots Pharmacy after coming from A&E with a prescription from the hospital. It was clear that I needed the medication, but the old man with white hair behind the counter told me to come back on Monday because they were closing in 15 minutes. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of care for people in need of urgent medication.
His attitude was awful—he should receive proper customer service training. If he doesn’t like his job, he should consider a different one instead of being miserable and unhelpful to customers who need assistance. This kind of service is disgraceful, and I will not be returning. From now on, I’ll be going to Superdrug next door instead.
Boots Pharmacy clearly doesn’t prioritise people’s health, which is extremely disappointing. I don’t need a reply—there is no excuse for this behavior, and I am not interested...

When asked a member of staff about a product, not only she made an effort to look for it, but very quickly and efficiently ordered it online for in store delivery. In the meantime there was a delay in my delivery, when I rang the store, Matt the assistant manager, not only took my query seriously (even though it was just a make up product), but made me feel like it was one of his priorities ( previously working in retail myself I know how hard it is, when you have million things to do, and customers to serve). Read moreI have recently changed GP but have had problems with obtaining my regular prescription (boots normally orders repeat) i explained what was happening to the pharmacy assistant, she took it upon herself to sort it out by contacting both my old and new GPs, she got to the bottom of it and managed to get hold of what i needed. She then ordered my medication for the next day. I returned the following day more problems arose again with my GP again different pharmacy assistants went above and beyond to make sure i left with my medication. Great service is an understatement, i could not be happier with the way i were looked after...
