Iāve been a loyal customer at this salon for nearly two years, visiting every month, and up until recently, Iāve always had great experiences. However, my last visit was disappointing.
I went in for a new set of acrylics and showed the design I wanted. I specifically asked for a clear base, but white was suggested instead. I didnāt like how it turned out, and while Joanna was incredibly understanding and offered to redo it, another staff Linda member was visibly unhappy about it & made a comment like āno, now she will have to start again.. why do thisā anyway Joanna started over, but when another technician took over for the design, the final result was nothing like what I had hoped for. After already spending 2.5 hours in the salon and feeling awkward for asking for the correction, I just wanted to leave.
At checkout, I realised I had forgotten my loyalty card. My next stamp would have earned me 20% off, so I mentioned this to the staff. Instead of accommodating me as a long-time customer, I was bluntly told no and given a dismissive response about how they canāt be expected to keep track of everyone. While I understand their policy, it didnāt feel great after being a loyal client for 18 months. So i tapped my card for the amount of Ā£90 and left unhappy

I booked an appointment yesterday for both nails and toes, showed them the exact picture of what I wanted, and they completely failed to deliver. They tried to make my nails white, which was not the color I asked for, then switched to another shade that still wasnāt right. It took three coats just to get some coverage, and even then one nail was crooked and I had to ask them to fix it.
The service was rushed and carelessāone nail tech even cut my cuticle so badly that I was bleeding. The shape of my nails is uneven, and my toes are not the color or style I requested. To make things worse, instead of giving me proper pedicure service, the technician literally had me put my feet on his lap under the desk while he worked. It was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
I left feeling upset and disappointed, but I just paid and walked out because I didnāt even have the energy to argue. This was supposed to be a treat before my holiday, and instead it was stressful and upsetting. I will not be coming back, and I would strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

When I first entered the lady working there didnāt even say hello, and whenever I asked her a question politely she responded by screaming at me. The front desk lady was extremely rude as whenever I asked any question regarding my appointment, she replied annoyingly and screamed at me which made everyone look concerned.
While getting my nails done my nail technician kept talking about me with the front desk lady and laughing. Even when I asked my nail technician her opinion regarding my nails, the lady (who had nothing to do with the conversation) rolled her eyes and started yelling at me when I wasnāt even talking to her.
The nails themselves werenāt good at all as they didnāt came out as I expected. Whenever there was excess glitter that needed to be removed on my nail that my nail technician simply ignored, I asked her kindly to clean it before it dries. Then I got yelled at again from the same lady! At that point I didnāt care that my nails were not good I just wanted to leave that place immediately.
The front desk lady even had the audacity to charge me extra after all...
