I ordered a chicken burger with bacon meal, a cheeseburger with bacon and a donner pizza. We got to choose from a free garlic bread or fries and I chose the garlic bread as I love them. The order came and the food was just about warm. The chips looked like they were half cooked. The chicken burger had no taste at all it went in the bin. My cheeseburger didn't have the bacon on it. I called the takeaway and he took 15 mins finding my order and then said I can credit it for next time or send it now. I said I won't be ordering again so send it now please. He told me to make sure I give the cheeseburger they sent back. I was shocked. What are they gonna do with a cheeseburger that's had a bite taken out of it. Any way. Cheeseburger came and it just had 1 slice of bacon and wasn't even nice. The free garlic bread was rock. I know it's free but that doesn't mean it's ok to send something like this. Been a VERY loyal customer for over a year now, everything usually been ok, sometimes not too great with the consistency but I let that slide. Last night ordered two burgers that were that cold when I got them on a stale bun that I had to heat them up in the microwave and just deal with it as I was hungry, that is the whole point of a takeaway, don't have to cook. I phoned today to complain and was told by the manager of this place that although I am one of his best customers he wouldn't offer me any kind of apology except the word "sorry", no discount, no free extras, nothing. Sadly disappointed to say the least. Apparently I should have phoned up last night and waited another 20-odd minutes for a replacement as that's their policy. Just goes to show how seriously Foggy's considers their loyal customers. No recommendations from me anymore and those I have recommended will not be ordering from you either. The service is great, I’ve had kebabs, chips and the calzone from Foggy’s which has been amazing. The kebab meat is always juicy/fresh/hot, the calzone I’ve had last night and today it was that good I got it bigger today as I’ve had bad experience from somewhere else but this one was really tasty/fresh and cooked to perfection.
