After all the hype it's NOT even crispy. The whole visiting and ordering thing is chaos. There's waste of time cardboard boxes in front of the counter and foreign music blasting out. The menu on the board has prices for chicken pieces but they don't sell chicken pieces. So it's either wings or boneless or some type of burger. It IS popular and you will queue for it, but I'm not entirely sure why that is actually if I'm being honest?? The chicken for the strips were real pieces of pure chicken breast, not reformed, so that's a plus point. It is freshly cooked, looks like they do it all themselves. It's hot, decent quality and not overcooked. But in terms of flavour and coating texture I was not impressed. It's just very, very hot, lots of plain chilli heat that's got that almost artificial heat taste. The fries were ok. The burger was sort of ok but quite soggy and very very hot. Bear in mind I travelled 10 mins after purchasing. Maybe it's crispy if you stand outside and eat it...

This is the best chicken shop in the world. The chicken burgers are always fresh, hot and they always get the order correct. The chicken wings are also delicious and spicy. The service is great, considering how busy the shop always is, you will get your food within 30 mins and it still comes out fresh and hot. The staff are always nice and want you to get your food asap.

Chips are always crispy and the sauce it comes with is so good.

Anyone who is complaining about the food either couldn’t handle the spice, or has terrible food taste.

Miamis does everything they can to keep the litter down, even though that is the customers problem not theirs. If anything, they are giving more jobs to the council which is good for the people. Councils job to clean it up.

If you don’t like Miamis you’re probably a bit damaged in the brain. This place is the best. £4.70 for a meal, incredible.

This place is dirty and below hygiene standards. I've reported this business and the hygiene inspectors will be taking matters further.

This place is also bringing the community down. Customers here are parking where they like and disobeying traffic law. Litter levels are always extremely high and the company has not done anything about this....

Registrations are being LOGGED and reported to the police!
