Don’t know why this place has so many good reviews We went yesterday evening and this place looked run down and in poor hygienic conditions We ordered the strawberry kanafa cups and the strawberries that the lady used were either defrosted or been sitting out for a long time. She prepared the order in the side room which looked quite dodgy.. Why would you not prepare it in front of the customers as all the ingredients were outside in the main area? I I had to return the strawberry order and did not pay for it. The place had a funny smell and was not welcoming at all The serving lady did not challenge me at all when I said that the strawberries did not look fresh I wouldn’t even consider going back to this place I was worried either me or my kids would get sick after having that...

Absolutely loved the frozen yogurt! Perfectly creamy, refreshing, and full of flavor. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, with lots of variety to choose from. The portion sizes were great, the prices were very reasonable and not expensive at all, the place was really clean and hygienic, and the customer service was superb. I was greeted by a kind server by the name of Hadiya I believe, who was very warm and welcoming, she was patient with my indecisiveness to decide from all the lovely topping and even offered her recommendations which were fantastic. I liked the flavours of the frozen yoghurt it was my first time going to the fro yo in levenshulme I tried the strawberry 🍓 flavour first it was normal not sour and the next flavour I tried is mango 🥭 it was a bit sour it almost tasted like lemon so I got the large cup of strawberry frozen yoghurt with some toppings like chocolate chips, malteasers, chocolate syrup and strawberry syrup I loved the combo all together and hopefully next time I'll visit again to try the chocolate kunafa strawberries with chocolate syrup on top.
