The Crystal Henge Shop — Local services in Manchester

used to love shopping here but it has turned into an absolute scam of a place just stealing young students money , i’ve never seen such an overpriced crystal shop in my life , staff are rude as well. from looking at the reviews I’m clearly not the only one that has had a bad experience with them.

ABOUT STAFF - there was a guy that used to work in there not seen him in for awhile but every single time iwould ask a question about the crystal he would always be unsure and would be quite blunt and toxic towards people in the shop and inpatient. if I ever needed help with a crystal he would respond as “i’m helping someone” completely understand if you’re helping someone but they will not come back to you after to help you. they talk very rudely to people as well. i’ve noticed that when people go in dressed differently they get stared

RIP OFF PRICES - are used to shop at her every week and would spend a good £50 , I came in this week after it being my birthday and had a good £70-£80 to spend have been looking forward to it for ages. I went in and they were charging ridiculous prices for very common crystals. they were selling smallish medium pieces of rose quartz for nearly £12!! they where £4-£5 2 weeks ago , malachite £4.50!!! for small pieces ! SHOCKED. considering this is in Manchester they have done this purposely so kids and students will purchase because it’s on the doorstep for most people , absolute scam sort your prices out and ur rude staff. won’t be coming ever again. warned friends as well. lost a good...

Very upsetting experience in Crystal Henge at the weekend. Usually a little shop we love, my daughter saved her birthday money to go there. Full of excitement we arrived, masked up and having carefully santised our hands. We were surprised to see many crystals labelled as "Individually priced", meaning you need to pick them up to see the price on the bottom. But worse still, the owner embarrassed my little girl publically for touching them. So much so that she burst into tears. On suggesting to him that in future he may wish to make prices more visible, or express concerns to parents rather than children, he became extremely indignant and asked us rudely to leave. I am all for supporting small businesses and I have spent a lot of money in this little shop over the years especially every christmas. But I will never spend another penny there after this experience. Luckily we found a lovely online crystal shop to spend her money later that evening. What a shame that such bad manners would ruin an otherwise lovely...

hi can I just say an absolute huge thank you to the staff today especially the young lady I was at the peak of anxiety and had my daughter and son with me whilst I was looking for crystals and the lovely lady was so pleasant and helped me find the ones I wanted and I explained about my anxiety she went and got her crystal bible to double check so she wasn't giving false information and helped me pick some more she wasn't pushy for a sale totally relaxed and knowledgeable. honestly the best shopping experience ever I have been twice now and this lady has been amazing thank you so much 💗 .
