Went in, didn't know if to find a table or take a menu and sit so I took a menu. Sat down and my order was taken. There was a lot of items on the menu not available, both food and drinks.
Food came fast enough.
Pastry was rubbery, not crisp. I couldn't cut it with a knife and the filling was a bit tasteless if I'm honest.
I did the £10 lunch deal thats advertised, it says you have to order through the app but you can't do that, the lady said she'd sort it at the end. She did, the pie, mash and gravy was £10
I ordered a small bottle of water and mushy peas as an extra side.
My bill came to £17.60

Bland food and rubbery pastry that wouldn't cut with a knife is not on.
I know! Before I get the 'you didn't raise it with us etc. Etc. (Which i didn't)
I've given an average rating for average food! It only annoyed me when it came to £17.60 and I can hardly complain at that point, as...

There was a sign on the door that stated not accepting customer see your CCTV. Places that I give a 1 star deserves it, in regards to your insecure response I will start wearing a body camera and start sending businesses proof if the service or non-service I get meets their standards. I don't need your free stuff I just need you to kindly have standards. The food are nice at Pieminster I've been a few times, I am giving a 1 star for the fact that you're refusing entry to hungry customers like me, you can do that, your business is your business but my review is my review. The best review is a no review at all but if you can keep people coming back it means you must be doing something right, believe me when I say you'll only hear from me if I don't agree with the practices that I don't think...
