I don't normally leave reviews for companies, but as we were in lock-down and my wife's birthday was just in sight I was struggling to find a card from my son and myself with most of the shops being closed. I looked on other websites and their delivery would have been passed the day, but found Geordie Gifts, with no delayed deliveries, picked two cards and had the messages added. I contacted them via messenger to change the name on the delivery to ensure it went to my wife and sat back thinking job done. Day of birthday arrived and no cards! I thought she would kill me but the Royal Mail decide to pay another visit late afternoon with the cards, addressed to her so happy household all round. I ordered a personalised piece from the website, but had a connectivity issue which meant the initial order arrived without the personal information. The art is going to be a gift for my daughters upcoming wedding. Craig was immediately on the case and arranged to have the replacement hand delivered to my house within a couple of days.
