I can’t complain about the taste. Their Garlic mayo is probably best i have ever tasted in North East. But this is the 4th time completely disappointed with their service. I am just a fool to keep on going after these many times. I always order a pizza with no sweet corn. I am not allergic-tic to sweetcorn, but i hate it. Literally like if had a list of things I hate, 1st thing would be my ex and sweetcorn goes next. I have ordered at 9.10 PM and they told like it would be ready in 10 mins. I have reached there by 9.22PM. I can agree with the grace time. But after 16 mins (27 mins after placing order), they are offering me a pizza with sweetcorn and simply saying they made a mistake. They did that like 4th time for me. There is no one who says deliberately no sweetcorn on a pizza. But still they messed up for 4th time. They didn’t even cared to say simple apology. Imagine, if this thing happened to a British customer, i am sure they would have said at least a sorry. Unfortunately even though I have spent a lot on buying pizzas from them, my skin tone didn’t let them to ask an apology. I am fed up as i need start my day early. Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of Kareem's for years, and I’ve always had positive experiences in the past. The staff used to be very cordial and accommodating, which is why I kept coming back. However, todays experience was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order ahead of time, expecting it to be ready when I arrived, but it was delayed by over 20 minutes.
When I asked the staff about the delay, their response was rude and dismissive, which was completely out of character for the place I’ve supported for so long. The food, of course, was still great once I finally got it, but the poor service and lack of professionalism really soured the experience.
It’s a shame to see a place I’ve enjoyed for years let down by such an experience. I hope this was just a one-off issue, but I’m hesitant to return unless there’s a noticeable improvement in both the staff’s attitude and communication...
