Annabelle was very nice the service from everyone was fantastic from start to finish. We really enjoyed it great drinks and very fun. The kids loved the playground but I will definitely be wearing more suitable footwear next time! I wasn’t expecting it to be a workout haha We were worn out after the games haha the games cards are a very good idea if you have kids who love the basketball and have to win as it saves abit of money on the games. I must mention the security person you had working yesterday (Monday 1st September) he was absolutely fantastic. He was joking with us about the scores me and my husband got on the basketball and when my son wasn’t too happy with his score and became slightly upset he came over and said “youve beat my highest score! I can’t even get to that and I work here so I get a lot of practice” which made my son feel better..so thanks for that. We also seen him laughing with other customers and having a song and little dance which with afew groups as they were coming in which they seemed to enjoy as they joined in. Very good and...

We had such a brilliant time at the new Lane7 at The Gate in Newcastle! We went for two rounds of bowling, enjoyed a few drinks, and then headed over to the brand-new Playground. Our host Vi V Y was absolutely fantastic – friendly, attentive, and really added to the experience.

The whole place feels fresh and exciting, with excellent amenities and a great atmosphere. Pricing was about what you’d expect for Newcastle City Centre, and the value felt spot on for the quality. We also spent some time in the arcades, which were well stocked and a lot of fun – the £10 for 10 credits deal is a great little incentive. The only thing that could have made it even better would have been an unlimited-play option like the Monument site, but that’s a small wish rather than a complaint.
