Edited this review from excellent (last year) to extremely poor (yesterday) Went in for food and drinks initially and yes, it was busy but there were around 3 or 4 people being served at the bar and we were totally blanked constantly. One of the female staff members stood right in front of us, poured herself a drink, started drinking it and walked off! I eventually got served and asked if we could eat upstairs. They said we could so we went up and ordered another drink while we checked out the menu. No menus upstairs by the way. Had to go back down and find one. When we were ready to order, went to the bar and asked for 2 chicken burgers. Told there was no burgers at all! Went back to choose something different then waited for the bar staff to notice me. They decided to instead serve a group of men who had just walked in instead. Waited another 10 minutes to be noticed to order food then was told there was an hour and a half wait for food. Gave up and left. All staff there were utterly miserable. Not one friendly encounter. Made to feel like we were a burden....

Took almost an hour to get our drinks. We could see them sat on the bar along with a pile and no-one was taking them. I think one person was taking drinks but not in order? Had a shot lass wandering round failing to sell shots - help run drinks and you might make your business some money as we'd have definitely stayed for more than one if it wasn't such a joke on wait time. Bouncer actively tried to stop us scanning the NHS T&T barcode because he thought only one person in the group had to do it. What hole has he been hiding in? Might want to train your staff on basic updates... Drinks were okay. Decent prices. Food menu looks good. Again, might have tried something off it. I wouldn't go back based on this visit. Maybe try again when pandemic restrictions have gone, see if service is better, and check out the food. App could do with some kind of notification to say your order has gone through. Sat there the whole time wondering if we had made a mistake in ordering....

Rude staff with no customer service skills. Ordered a surf n turf hanging kebab and a parmo to be told they had no prawns or parmos. So we rdered the chicken hanging kebab and a pizza instead. 10 mins later staff came to say there was no chicken for the kebab......so I ordered a peppered steak one. It arrived with 4 pieces of shrivelled, tough steak and a few peppers. We were then told that the pizza would follow in 3 minutes. 10 minutes later still no pizza. I had finished my meal by the time my partners arrived. It was awful with 3 pieces of chicken on it. The staff were rude, they slammed food down onto people's tables, were more interested in messing about than in looking after customers. I ordered a passion fruit martini and a pint. The staff member asked me how many martinis I wanted. I said 1....unless they were on offer. He then said they're on 2 for 1.....that's why I asked you how many you wanted. We couldn't wait to leave and wo t ever be back...
