Can honestly say that I had the best crispy and light battered haddock & beautifully cooked chips with proper mushy peas and super thick and tasty gravy last night, my granddaughter really enjoyed her food too, the portion sizes were very generous, delivery was 20 minutes earlier than the estimated time which was fantastic too! There was just a slight blip when something was missed off my order, a quick phone call and the manager was at my home within minutes with an apology….. I live doors away from another chippie which is no where near as good at this one, I’m so glad I tried this place as it will be my go to from now on…. I just want to say Thank You so very...

Usually go to Fenham Fishbar but they are closed for Xmas so tried Willow 3. Went to get the small cod and chips for lunch but they only had haddock in small portions so went for full cod and chips for £10.50. Got home and saw the huge portion of cod ,chips and batter. Smelt great but tasted much better. Beautiful batter and the whitest and tastiest cod I've had in a long time. Could only eat half at lunchtime and looking forward to eating the rest later today .

Great value for money,friendly staff but the fish and chips were the star. Will definitely make this my go to...

This is my new 'more local' chippy since it opened due to the great price for a small fish and chips (and a small mushy peas included). I found the staff great and always have a smile. The small fish is more than an adequate size for me although I did get a poor quality small fish on one occasion a few weeks after the chippy opened and I thought the great food I had received earlier was just to draw me in.The good news is it was a one off and all is back to...
