Disappointed, last time I ate from here was about 2 years ago before I moved out the area. Went today and got similar order as my previous, special kebab and a 10" pizza, the kebab had a weird taste (suspect it was also left overs from previous day) and the chicken looked microwaved, certainly hadn't seen any kind of flame. We use Holywell pizza on a fairly regular basis, approximately monthly. We’ve never had any concerns regarding customer service or quality of food and today was no different. 15 minutes from ordering online to collection, including a small modification to the standard toppings. Really friendly front of house staff member (don’t know her name but it’s usually the same girl) was chatty as always.
